1 General Terms

fbje Using the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between you and fbje. If you disagree with any part, please refrain from using the Platform.

These terms apply to all fbje services — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, virtual games, promotions, and the mobile app. They remain in effect regardless of the device you use to access fbje.

Fbje operates under an international gaming licence. All Platform activities comply with the regulations set by the licensing authority. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that online betting is lawful in their country of residence.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering with fbje. The use of false information, another person's identity, or fake documents is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals at fbje are fully secure and transparent. All transactions are processed using encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes, though verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.

4 Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• A bet placed before a match begins is a pre-match bet; a bet placed while the match is in progress is a live bet.
• Fbje reserves the right to void any bet placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.
• If a match is cancelled or ends in a draw, stakes will be refunded unless otherwise specified under special rules.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will be settled based on the remaining selections.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport and market. The applicable limit is displayed on the bet slip.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Fbje regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page.

• Wagering requirement: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager it a specified number of times (typically between 5x and 30x).
• Bonuses may only be used to bet on specified games — not all bets may count towards wagering requirements.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only. The same person may not create a new account to claim the bonus again.
• Any unused bonus balance will be forfeited once the bonus expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Fbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. fbje's decision is final in all matters relating to bonuses.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbje Platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using betting bots or automated software.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Any activity related to money laundering or illegal funds.
• Using odds-arbitrage strategies to generate low-risk profits.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the Platform for gain.

Fbje uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. Any irregularities found will trigger an investigation, and the account may be temporarily suspended.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Fbje believes gaming should be enjoyable — never harmful. That's why the Platform offers a range of responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set a cap on how much you're willing to lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: You can suspend your account for anywhere from 30 days to permanently, whenever you choose.
• Cooling-off Period: Take a break for anywhere between 24 hours and 3 months.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw your balance before doing so. Any remaining funds in a closed account will be returned through fbje's designated process.

Fbje may also close or suspend an account under certain circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• If identity verification fails.
• Upon legal order or direction from a regulatory authority.
• Due to prolonged inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).

Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳50 per month. Your balance will never be reduced below zero.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.

• To raise a dispute, you must contact us within 30 days of the date the incident occurred.
• To raise a dispute by email, send a full description and supporting evidence to support@fbje.click.
• If a resolution cannot be reached through fbje's internal process, you may escalate the matter to the licensing authority.

In all disputes, fbje's betting logs and system records shall serve as the authoritative source of evidence.

10 Right to Modify Terms

Fbje reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Where changes are significant, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform.
